Workout Video
This assignment is a group project in which each group have to make a video demonstrating workout for 6 different muscles. The muscles my group were assigned to do are Platysma, Tricep Brachii, Teres Major, Vastus Lateralis, Soleus, and Serratus Anterior. My group and I only took the total of 3 days to complete this assignment, in which we gathered information through research on the first day, filming on the second day, and all the post production to produce final product on the third day. The filming took place at
B Building hallway of Mark Keppel High School.
Here is our final product!!!

In addition to the video, we also had to make a pamphlet to inform our readers about the location and function of each muscle, as well as the other muscles and bones that are related to each one. The pamphlet also required visual illustration to make it easier for readers to understand.
The significant of this project is that it enable me to demonstrated my video making skills as well as expressing our creativity since we have to come up with 6 different workout ourselves. My teacher did not give us any guidelines or examples of how the project should be done, so everything was based off of our imagination and creativity. This project also demonstrated a group effort because we all contributed our idea and energy into making this project as original as possible.
After completed this assignment, I have learned many things that I did not know before such as the name of each muscles in our body and how the muscles related to the bones. I also learned how different movements can affect each muscles and what I could do to enhance it.
